1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage caused by misuse

Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect:

Earrings

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, earrings cannot be returned once opened or worn.

Personalized or Customized Jewelry

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products are non-refundable.

Clearance / Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or discounted clearance products are not eligible for return.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

4. Return Process

To request a return:

Step 2: Return Authorization

Please wait for return approval before shipping items back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Step 3: Return Shipment

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production begins.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  3. Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

9. Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Please note that slight differences in:

  • Size
  • Finish

may occur due to:

  • Lighting
  • Handmade craftsmanship
  • Material characteristics

Such minor differences are not considered defects.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

MyFlowerJewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a shipping investigation where possible.


11. Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse suspicious refund requests

  • Limit excessive return behavior
